Modern Outdoor Gourmet Kitchen

A sweeping patio serves as the base for this project. We carefully laid Smooth Grande Slabs in Greyed Nickel in a running bond pattern. For the border, we went with Techo-Bloc Venetian Risers in the same Smooth Greyed Nickel, run in a sailor course. These clean patterns helped us to delineate the space while maintaining a cohesive feel. The result is an elegant and durable entertainment space.

But the patio was just the beginning. We also built a modern outdoor gourmet kitchen, complete with a natural gas Hibachi Traeger Grill and Thermaled Bluestone counters and capstone. An expansive table and chairs ensure that there’s a place for every guest. And when these homeowners and their visitors finish up a delicious meal, they can make their way over to the fire pit. We designed the fire pit with Black Firebrick and Lava Rock to really provide that wow-factor. We tied the fire pit, seat wall, and grill together with a stylish stucco in Skyline Steel. Last but not least, this patio features a covered seating area for reclining outdoors, rain or shine.
