We brought this client’s joy of cooking outdoors with a custom-built grill island. Now, the whole family can stay connected around meal times by relaxing on the natural flagstone floor and covered rustic stone patio with an integrated pergola. The ceiling fan provides an extra breeze in the sticky North and South Carolina summers to help ward off sweat and those pesky mosquitoes.

The mixed stack and veneer fireplace with boulder accents makes the perfect place to gather for roasting marshmallows, enjoying conversations, or keeping warm in the cooler months. The stone walls, made up of stacked veneer crab orchard brown with accent boulders, also add a bit of definition and a bit of privacy. Kids and the young-at-heart can enjoy the swing-set, designed to carry you over the sloping yard for an exciting experience.
